You confirm you can legally enter into this agreement in your country of residence.
M8tch is intended for gay men. By using the app, you acknowledge that this is the community you are joining.

2. Account & Privacy

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You agree not to share your account with others.
By using M8tch, you agree to our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we handle your data.

3. Community Guidelines

M8tch is built on kindness, respect, and intentional connection. You agree:

To be truthful in your profile and interactions.
Not to harass, abuse, or discriminate against others.
Not to post or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
To respect others’ boundaries, online and offline.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Use of the Service

M8tch provides AI + human-curated matches. We do not guarantee compatibility or outcomes.
Messaging and features may be limited or unlocked through subscriptions or events in-app.
You agree not to misuse the app (including attempting to hack, scrape, or exploit it).

5. Safety Disclaimer

We encourage safe and respectful interactions but cannot control user behavior.
You are solely responsible for your communication and in-person meetings. Please use caution and common sense.
M8tch is not liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require payment or subscription.
All fees are stated at the point of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
You are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions through your app store.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and technology are owned by M8 Domination, the company behind M8tch.
You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove your account at any time if you:

Violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
Use the app in a harmful, illegal, or unsafe way.

You may also delete your account at any time in the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of M8tch means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada (unless otherwise required by your local laws).
